The weird thing is, tons of reviews mention how surprised they were by the food. Like, vegan food being actually good? Someone even claimed the breakfast burger – sourdough, chutney, the whole deal – was the best they’d ever had. Alright, KYND, you have my attention. And the pancakes? Forget about it. People keep raving about these fluffy stacks, and I'm imagining them drenched in something decadent (coconut cream?) and piled high with fresh fruit. It all sounds incredibly Instagrammable, which, let's be real, is a huge plus. But also, a warning sign – might need to strategize and get there early to beat the crowds.
It's kinda funny how so many reviews mention the "good vibes" but don't actually explain what makes the vibes so good. Is it the staff? The music? The general aesthetic? Or is it just the sheer joy of stumbling upon amazing vegan food in a beautiful place? Honestly, I love that it's a bit of a mystery.
