Hands‑On from Start to Finish
Once at the open‑air kitchen, guests prepare everything themselves under friendly, often funny guidance from Ketut, Made, Madi or other team members. Past menus have included bumbu Bali spice paste, chicken curries, grilled fish in banana leaves, peanut satay sauce, noodles, tempeh skewers and caramelised banana.
