Words like “rundown”, missing pool tiles, damp or smelly toilet areas, stained towels and murky pool water appear often, along with stories of slow maintenance (like scooping debris from the pool with a bucket). Daybeds can be dirty, cushions scarce, and shower rooms described as hot, damp or in need of renewal.
Service: from genuinely warm to frustratingly slow
Staff friendliness is a consistent upside: names like Juni, Armina, Wiguna, Iwan and Bagus appear in glowing shout-outs for kind, fast or calm service during busy moments. At the same time, others describe very slow follow-up, forgotten orders, long waits on bottomless packages, and a sense of disorganisation at peak events such as New Year’s Eve.
