During one visit, the infirmary’s resident nurse helped order a cold pack overnight for a toddler’s bump.

Two outdoor pools set the pace, including the tranquil Zen Pool for quiet time. The beach is handy, though several guests found the water a little rough and the sand not silk smooth—still fine for sandcastles. One review flagged watersports rules: kayaks limited to a 50–60 m radius, paddleboards often unavailable, and archery restricted to age‑group windows.
Extras and nearby touches
Smoking is not permitted. Some travelers ventured just outside the resort, past souvenir shops, to a red modern building spa for a $15 Australian one‑hour massage, and arranged a taxi for $50 Australian for 10 hours. Others stayed put, noting that with shops, spa services and an excursion desk on site, there was little need to leave.
