The common tactic is to open at half (or less) of the first number, keep it friendly, and consider buying in bulk for a better deal. Aggressive selling does happen; some shoppers mention being pulled by the arm or pressured to buy, while others recall vendors’ delight at a small tip.

Parking is reported as ample, with room for cars and scooters, and there’s at least one ATM on site. Toilets exist but bring tissues. The market lies about 20–30 minutes by road from both Sanur and Ubud, and works well as a stop en route to Goa Gajah or Tegenungan Waterfall.
